New Storyboard and Timeline

Here I have made a new story board as we have slightly changed the story with different shots at different parts of every scene.

1) The first box shows a panorama shot of the bathroom which will move round slowly ending in Alice looking in the mirror at herself and looking very glum and sad

2) The second box will show a close up of Alice looking at herself in the mirror again with the same expression as before.

3) The scene will then fade into Alice sitting at a desk in class and we will use a mid shot to show her sitting at a desk

4) A worm eye shot will then be used of Miss Mckenna from Alice's perspective to show her telling off Alice about some classwork

5) The camera will then flip to Miss Mc Kenna's perspective with a birds eye view shot of Alice looking upset, angry and embarrassed about her work

6) There will then be a cross fade back in time to Alice in the mirror which will be a close up birds eye view shot which will show Alice taking off her make up in the mirror aggressively and looking extremely frustrated

7) The scene will then cut to the outdoor scene where Alice is meeting her friend outside school to talk to her. To start with there will be a birds eye perspective shot of Alice looking around waiting for her friend. We will then use a long shot from Alice's perspective as Jessie is walking towards her and sits on the bench.

8) It will then flip to a close up shot of Alice's reaction as Jessie sits down which will be a shot from Jessie's perspective

9) There will then be a behind shot of Alice and Jessie talking on the bench as Alice puts her head into her hands from how upset she is, and Jessie looks upset as to why she is upset

10) There will then be an extreme close up shot as Alice touches Jessie's hand and Jessie pulling away 

11) The camera will then move up to an extreme close up shot of Alice saying the words 'I love you' to Jessie

12) The camera will then flip to Jessie with a extreme close up reaction as she looks angry and confused from what Alice has said

13) Jessie will then stand up while Alice continues to sit down to show that Jessie is in power of the situation and Alice is not sure what to do

14) Jessie will then begin to walk off and a tracking shot will be used from behind to follow her away

15) It will then cut to a mid shot of Alice from in front to show Alice panicking and looking extremely upset as she sits on the bench alone

16) The video will then cut from the scene where she is sitting on the bench to Alice in the bathroom again

17) There will firstly be an close up birds eye view shot of Alice leaning over the sink looking extrmely agitated and upset

18) It will then cut to a behind shot of Alice as she is again leaning over the sink

19) There will then be an extreme close up of the pills that are on the side of the sink as Alice quickly goes to grab them

20) An over the shoulder shot will be used to show Alice holding the pills as she decides what to do

21) It will then flip to a birds eye view with her hand in focus as we can see her looking towards the pills in confusion

22) An extreme close up shot will then be used to show Alice shaking with the pills in her hand, as she quickly puts the pills in her mouth and takes some water

23) Another birds eye shot will be used to show Alice choking on the water and pills as she struggles to swallow them

24) A behind shot of her will then be used as she again stands up to look at herself in the mirror again, looking very solemn

25) A side close up shot of Alice will be used as she slowly turns round to look at the bath and walks over to run it

26) A behind shot of Alice as she leans over to turn on the taps will be used

27) As Alice gets into the bath with all her clothes on a front shot will be used to capture the whole bath and Alice at the same time

28) As she is sitting in the bath Alice will look around her and down at the bath and we will use an extreme close up shot to capture almost just her eyes

29) For the final shot a birds eye view shot will be used of Alice laying in the bath as she slowly puts her head under water in the bath and sinks under until she is no longer in the shot. The video will then end there as the music fades out to end it

Due to the change of our storym, we also needed to make a new timeline to fit the song and the lyrics as we are trying to portray a music video where the storyline correlates to the lyrics. Although the timelines are quite vague versions they will help us a vast amount in the filming and editing stage.
