For this scene, we obviously needed to use a classroom environment to film in, to correlate with the teacher and student argument we wanted to create. Therefore we thought it would be easiest to use our media room, as we know when it is free and when we can use the room to film. Due to the fact that we could use it when our media lessons are taking place, we also knew that we could use other students who are in our media class to be other students in our music video. We knew that there needed to be other actresses involved to play the parts of other students. We did not need to alter the location much as the room was already set up as a classroom, and had a lot of mise-en-scene objects to relate to an ordinary classroom. The only thing we changed was the layout of the chairs and tables, and this was to make it easier for us to film and to be able to easily focus the attention on Alice and the teacher when filming.

Actresses Make Up and Clothing
We again dressed Alice in the same clothing to keep the continuity. We warned our media teacher in advance (who is the teacher in our video) to dress as she usually would when she comes into school, just assuring that she will look smart. We did not need to alter any of the other actresses as they were already in school attire.

Filming and Photo Evidence
We started off by filming Miss Mckenna teaching to the class and focusing on Alice's boredom and rebel side throughout the scene.
Here we have used a close up shot showing a teacher marking bad work
We have used a mid shot here to again show Miss McKenna marking work
Here we used a pan shot to focus on the reaction and attitude of the students in class
We then used mid shots of all the students working in class, to show the contrast with Alice who was not working
Here we used a slight upshot again of the students, working and listening in class
We then went on to film the part of the scene where Miss McKenna is giving back the students essays, which is the build up just before Alice has an argument with her teacher.
we used a mid shot of Miss McKenna as she hands out work to individual students
We also used an over the shoulder shot to capture the scene from a different angle
We also used a follow shot to track Miss McKenna as she handed out work around the classroom
The last part of the scene to film was the argument between Alice and Miss Mckenna, which results in Alice storming out of the classroom.
Jess used a pan shot of the whole classroom from the back to capture the whole class interaction
We can see here Alice is not paying attention while the rest of the class work
We used a very effective worms eye shot to let the audience see from Alice's perspective
We used a mid shot and pan shot to conclude to Alice's reaction
For the argument scene we used a side shot as well as worm eye shots from Alice's perspective and over the shoulder shots from Miss McKennas perspective
We also took a pan shot sweeping across the room of other students reactions to the argument
Here we took an over the shoulder shot of Miss McKenna, so the audience get a better look at the students reactions when they get their essays back
Evaluation of Filming
When filming this scene we made sure we focused on the same actions and clips over and over again from different angles, shots, and perspectives. This proved successful as it meant we had a lot of footage to work with which would allow us to experiment with what looked best.
